The split of v0.2.2

I am planning to release v0.2.2 as two separate updates, v0.2.2a and v0.2.2b
v0.2.2a - showcasing some new features such as a tutorial level and a new boss
v0.2.2b - polishing and changing some mechanics and maybe adding a bit more
why did I decide to do that? I feel like I want to release an update fast (v0.2.1 was released in September) and also I want to implement some features that are better kept hidden for a bit longer, hence v0.2.2b being a "polish and change" update.
some features planned might not be present in v0.2.2a, and instead moved to v0.2.2b... so look forward, after that there's v0.3 and the Desert Stage!
